Flat Pop. A graphic close up polaroid lift top shot of a crushed cola can, against white art paper. "I get very angry when I come across litter and always pick it up. Thats how I became aware of the beauty of flattened cans. They take on a new surreal life somewhat cubist in nature. I kew that the folds in the can would marry with the folds in polaroid lift to immortalise this can before I sent it to be recycled. In the title pop refers to the English name for fizzy drinks not popular music". Paul. ( Paul Williams won a European Photographer of the Year Polaroid award for these photos).
